Moving on from corporate life in 2001, Jeff Blum decided to combine his engineering and corporate management background with his true passions and talents for property acquisition and the creation of innovative living spaces in his hometown of Washington, DC. Beginning with his hands-on development and construction of The Clift Condominium, Jeff has built strong personal relationships within the development community – from architects, contractors, suppliers and engineers, to new residents of our projects. Treating each residential development as if it were his own home, Jeff responsibly manages each project with the close attention to detail that sets Level 2 Development apart from the norm.
