A member of Level 2 Development's team since 2005, Mr. Kardon has managed the project team throughout all phases of the development process, ranging from acquisitions to entitlement, design, permitting, construction, marketing, leaseup and operations. Mr. Kardon has a strong passion for revitalizing urban areas with transformative development projects that create vibrant, sustainable communities.
Mr. Kardon is an active leader in the U Street neighborhood in which he lives and works, having served as Past Vice President of the U Street Neighborhood Association, coordinator of the U Street Movie Series, and as member of the MidCity Business Association and Meridian Hill Neighborhood Association. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the ULI Young Leaders Steering Committee. Prior to working at Level 2 Development, Mr. Kardon interned at The Cordish Company, served as a Mayoral Fellow in the Baltimore City Housing Department, and conducted historic tax credit research in St. Louis, MO.
Mr. Kardon graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2005 with a BA in Economics and Political Science. Mr. Kardon is originally from Baltimore, MD. |
