The conversion in 2001 of a late 19th century historic row house into four modern, luxurious condominiums. A complete renovation of the existing structure occurred simultaneous to the construction of a new, rear addition which doubled the original building’s size. Features included maple floors, custom cherry kitchens, limestone bathrooms, recessed lighting, outdoor spaces, wired security systems and CAT5 network wiring.
