Level 2 revitalized the long vacant J.W. Ferrell & Co. furniture building, also known as the Tuxedo Building in Danville, VA, into 13 rental loft apartments above ground floor retail in partnership with Rehab Development of Winston Salem, North Carolina. The property, originally built between 1866 and 1886, is located on Main Street amongst the historic architecture, shops, restaurants and businesses of downtown Danville, the heart of Southern Virginia.  Ferrell Lofts is also located within walking distance of the scenic Dan River, the Riverwalk Trail, the Farmers Market, and Danville's Amtrak station.

The project is the result of a collaboration with the Danville Office of Planning as part of its revitalization of historic downtown Danville.
