Jeff Blum
Principal and Co-Founder Principal and co-founder of Level 2 Development, Jeff Blum shares operational and managerial responsibilities with co-founder David Franco. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in project management related to real estate, construction, and building security and automation. Prior to co-founding Level 2 in 2004, Jeff held senior executive positions with Ultrak, Inc. of Dallas, TX, a publicly-held manufacturer and distributer of building security and automation systems. He serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Georgetown Day School. He is also a founding member and past-president of the 20/80 Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, and has served as an advisor and board member to numerous emerging and established businesses throughout the region. Mr. Blum is a 1984 graduate of Lehigh University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He is a fourth-generation, native resident of Washington, DC. |
