Level 2 restored the historic Hotel Concord in downtown Concord, NC in partnership with Rehab Development. The hotel, originally built in 1926, sat vacant for many years. The newly revitalized building now houses 40 luxury apartments above ground floor retail, as well as 9,868 square feet of updated ballroom and event space.

Concord, NC is the home to almost 88,000 residents and is the seat of Cabarrus County, NC.  Concord lies just 20 miles north of downtown Charlotte and is a 38 minute drive to the center of the Queen City.
 
Concord has an active downtown development corporation that has been instrumental in attracting retail, dining and entertainment venues to the downtown area.  These amenities serve both residents and the daytime office population, many of whom work at the County executive offices and courthouse in Downtown Concord.  Downtown Concord has a full-time employment base of 979.
